Logyn Okuda is a film and television composer raised in Hawaii, now in Los Angeles.
Logyn is a composer for film and television originally from Honolulu, HI. Though growing up a jazz drummer/vibraphonist, it wasn’t until the Pandemic that he discovered classical music. After studying at Interlochen Center for the Arts, he dove deep into composers such as Ravel, Messiaen, and Goldsmith to name a few. The collaborative aspects of jazz and Post-Impressionist styles led him to film, where most of his work resides now. Logyn truly believes this craft is about mentorship, and is fortunate to have those in his life who are helping him become a stronger artist. He recently completed trailer/short film projects, and is working with a coveted Hollywood composer on upcoming studio film projects.
